Southern Car Security LTD Purchase and Delivery Policy


Purchase

We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Delta or Solo, or alternatively payment can be accepted via paypal at www.paypal.com. All of our merchant services are administered via paypal.

All prices shown on this site www.southerncarsecurity.com and southerncarsecurity.co.uk are shown in UK £ Sterling and include VAT.  Postage calculated on this website is for delivery to the UK only costs will be confirmed upon checkout. Please contact us for Internatioanl delivery costs.

Orders can be placed via our website, on the telephone or emailed directly and paid via paypal.


Delivery

Delivery of your product/s will normally be made within three working days from clearance of payment, however if purchased with our flat rate shipping this will be sent via 2nd class Royal Mail delivery and Royal Mail estimate a delivery time of 3 to 5 days however they do not class an item as missing for 20 working days of being posted and this would be the waiting time for a replacement item to be sent if the original does not arrive. The date of postage will automatically be emailed to the purchasers email address, this is our confirmation and proof of postage date that the delivery will count from.

Our website does not calculate International postage however, it will calculate a standard delivery but any purchase over £15 would have to be sent tracked and signed for and the delivery cost will vary, depending on weight and value, so we can offer an international delivery service but you would need to contact us to confirm a quote of delivery costs and any items will be posted via Royal Mail international postage and there terms conditions of delivery can checked in full @ http://www.royalmail.com . Royal Mail and Southern Car Security's delivery times are an estimate and an item can take upto 20 working days from the date of posting before it will be classed as missing or lost and only after this time period time can we send a replacement item.

Where urgent delivery is required, please notify us straight away and we will do our best to ensure you receive your goods in the specified time. 

Products with delivery costs over £6.50 are made via our courier to mainland UK and even though at check out a specific courier maybe listed, we will use the courier of our choice to to gain the best delivery service,  otherwise smaller goods and internatioanl postage are all sent via Royal Mail.  Please note delivery via courier is to the UK only and the exact delivery costs and postal service when purchasing your goods. 

We always endeavour to ensure you receive your goods within the specified time, however on the rare occasion this is outside of our control we will endeavour to ensure you receive your goods as soon as possible.

Any timescale we specify for the delivery of goods are approximate and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses or any other disbursement caused by any delay to the delivery of the goods.

Its is the responsability of the custmer/ purchaser to enter the correct delivery address at the time of check out and if the incorrect address has been entered please notify us with in 24 hours by email and keeping confirmation of the email before the item is dispatch.

If the item has already been dispatched then we Southern Car Security are not responsable for loss or retrieval of the item however we will do our best to help locate the item by supplying delivery and dispatch infomation, If the delivered  item has not been accepted or signed for at the deliverey address requested, then we Southern Car Security will not be responsable for any cost's or loss of the Item untill it has been returned back to us and we can issue a replacement or refund minus postage costs, the waiting time for this would be 40 working days from the day of dispatch

 

Southern Car Security LTD Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Southern Car Security is committed to customer service and whilst we trust that you will be fully satisfied with the quality of your product, we do understand that at times these need to be returned. 

If we/our suppliers are temporarily out-of-stock, it could take up to 14 days for delivery of your item.  In such cases you will be notified by email or advised upon payment.  For delays of more than this time (20 days) or if the parts are no longer available, we Southern Car Security LTD and you, the customer, reserve the right to cancel your order and we will issue a full refund.

If the parts orderd are out of stock or no longer available, we Southern Car Security LTD reserve the right to cancel any orders placed by you, the purchaser up to the point of delivery and a full refund will be issued.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided the goods are un-opened, un-used and in a re-saleable condition with the original packaging. After 14 days a refund will not be issued, however at the managers discretion if product is in its original condition a credit note or exchange maybe issued.

If your goods are unsuitable for any reason, all returns for exchange or refund will not be authorised without prior authorisation and a returns number.  Authorisation can be given by emailing southerncarsecurity@hotmail.co.uk, where a returns number will be and emailed back issuing a returns number & confirming dates.

please attach the returns number along with contact details and invoice number to the returned item.

All returns for a refund will be subject to authorisation, testing and less all postage/delivery costs, product testing and refunds will be issued with in 5 working days of recieved goods back to Southern Car Security.

Returned or faulty goods are subject to be tested and should they have been used, part-fitted or damaged; or with missing components in any way, we reserve the right to refuse a refund. 

If the product deems to be faulty, we will happily repair or replace it.  Please ensure that you have followed exact fitting instructions before installing or contact our expert technical advice line on 07790 080662.

If goods are damaged in transit or are incorrect, it is your responsibility to inform us within seven days of delivery.

If your goods have not arrived, it is your responsibility to inform us within 14 days of purchase.  All claims made after this date will be your responsibility and we will not accept responsibility against.  

All return postage and carriage will be at the customer's own responsibility and will not be reimbursed by Southern Car Security.

Should you wish to cancel your order, this must be done within 24 hours of purchase and will be subject to any postage costs incurred by the company.
